  • Ali Aneizi
    Ali Aneizi

    Ali was formerly an M&A and Private Equity partner at RSM, where he also founded and co-led the firms’ Leisure & Hospitality practice.

    He’s spent the last 19 years working on private equity transactions; providing sell side and capital raising advice to owner managed and private equity backed businesses. In that journey Ali has developed a strong interest in the consumer sector and brand led businesses. He’s personally invested in the industry and was responsible for advising Gymbox shareholders on all their capital raising since the early noughties. The Founders of Frame on their recent growth capital raise from Piper. After many years of advising owner managers Ali got bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and established Tamweel. An independent investment advisory boutique that is obsessed with putting its clients first.

  • Adam Spencer
    Adam Spencer

    Adam is an experienced deal doer having spent his entire career advising entrepreneurs and mid-market investors.

    Before joining Tamweel, Adam spent 10 years in RSM’s M&A and Private Equity team, working alongside Ali helping shareholders of small and mid-cap consumer facing businesses to realise value or raise capital from investors to fund buyouts and expansion. Adam was also a founding member of RSM’s Leisure & Hospitality and worked with a variety of brand led businesses across health and fitness, casual dining, quick service food and travel. Over three quarters of the deals Adam has advised on have involved selling businesses for, or raising money from, private equity houses, mezzanine institutions or debt funders

    • Del Huse
      Del Huse

      Del is a seasoned private equity, corporate finance and M&A professional. For almost two decades he has been advising on, and investing in, private company transactions across the UK and Europe. Del was formerly a Managing Director at Oakley Capital Private Equity, a mid-market, pan European investor. Prior to this he led the London operation for turn-around investor Endless LLP, and before that he was an M&A Partner at Kroll Zolfo Cooper. Del is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and trained with the M&A division of Arthur Andersen in the mid 1990s.

      • Simon Havers
        Simon Havers

        Former chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.

        Simon’s early career was varied, ranging from manufacturing production management, strategy consulting and the planning and rollout of the BBC World television channel. In 1994 he went into private equity and worked his way up through the industry, eventually leading private equity firm Baird Capital for seven years and becoming Chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA). Simon has been a non-executive director of companies in the manufacturing, business services, healthcare, technology and media sectors including Cerillion and ArmorGroup International plc, which he floated on the London stock exchange main market. Simon holds an MBA, is a Chartered Management Accountant, and has a first class honours degree in engineering and management from Cambridge University.

          Matthew Hudson has 25 years of private equity experience, both as a lawyer and as an investor. Matthew is a well-known industry figure and regularly speaks on new developments concerning the private equity industry. He has helped build and manage four of the major private equity law firms and has also worked in three private equity houses including a division within Credit Suisse First Boston, Far Blue Ventures and Coller Capital.

            Abdul Kader has more than 20 years of experience in the development, operations and management side of the Food and Beverage industry. He has worked in a variety of senior roles within casual dining, fine dining and industrial catering across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Abdul Kader is Founder MD of Glee Hospitality Solutions, a UAE based Food & Beverage operator and consultancy business. Since its inception in 2010 Glee has successfully launched, rolled out, franchised and now operates over 20 different casual dining concepts across the Middle East. These include concepts such as the Gramercy, Molten Me, Burger Hood and Rice Creamery. Abdul Kader manages a workforce in excess of 300 people and Glee continues to develop a range of new concepts and launch new sites across the region.
